1.Tunnel visibility detector product introduction
Tunnel visibility detector is used to collect carbon monoxide and tunnel visibility data online to provide decision-making basis for tunnel ventilation and road safety.Tunnel visibility detector works according to the transmission principle. The transmitter/receiver and reflector are installed relative to each other. After being fixed and aligned by the bracket, the highly focused light beam emitted by the optical component becomes a detection beam. The installation distance is 3 meters (round-trip double optical path, the actual detection optical path is 6 meters). Due to the attenuation of dust, the receiver receives the signal and processes it into a measurement value. According to the requirements of my country's "Highway Tunnel Ventilation and Lighting Design Specifications", it is installed on the top or side wall of the tunnel.
The intelligent detector has a built-in compensation function. When the optical lens is contaminated, it can automatically perform gain compensation, thus ensuring a longer maintenance cycle. Tunnels are special tubular structures. Due to their small space and airtightness, the exhaust gas emitted by vehicles passing through tunnels, if not discharged in a timely and reasonable manner, will cause the accumulation of CO and suspended particulate matter, which will directly affect the personal safety of vehicle drivers and maintenance personnel passing through tunnels.
Tunnel visibility detector is designed to collect VI/CO data online and provide it to traffic supervision departments to provide decision-making basis for tunnel ventilation and road safety.
2. Tunnel visibility detector product features
