1.Soil PH sensor product introduction
Soil PH sensor is a kind of instrument that can monitor the soil pH composition. It adopts a special metal probe and can be directly inserted into the soil for measurement. The soil pH sensor solves the shortcomings of traditional soil pH, which requires professional display instruments, cumbersome calibration, difficult integration, high power consumption, high price, and difficulty in portability. It can be widely used in agricultural irrigation, flower gardening, grassland and pasture, soil rapid testing, plant culture, scientific experiments and other fields. Low power consumption enables long-term uninterrupted monitoring. The sensor has the following characteristics:
The new soil pH sensor realizes online real-time monitoring of soil pH.
It adopts solid dielectric and large-area PTFE liquid junction, which is not easy to block and maintenance-free.
Waterproof and sealed, high integration, small size, low power consumption, easy to carry, and can be used outdoors.
High precision, fast response, good interchangeability and reliable performance.
Complete protection circuit and a variety of signal output interfaces are available.

3. Soil PH sensor sensor wiring
model | Wiring diagram |
Voltage output type | Red (V+): Power supply positive Black (G): Power ground Blue (O1): Output signal |
Current output type | Red (V+): Power supply positive Black (G): Power ground Blue (O1): Output signal |
RS485 interface type Modbus protocol | Red (V+): Power supply positive Black (G): Power ground Yellow (T+): RS485+/A/T+ White (T-): RS485-/B/T- The sensor configuration parameters such as Modbus address, baud rate, check digit, communication protocol, etc. are stored in the EEPROM (power-down storage device) inside the module. Sometimes the specific configuration of these parameters is forgotten, resulting in the inability to communicate with the module. In order to prevent this problem, the module has a button. After pressing it for three seconds, the internal indicator light of the module will go out. Release the button, and all parameters of the module will be restored to the following factory settings: 1. Modbus address is 1 2. The communication configuration is 9600,N,8,1 (9600bps, no parity bit, 8 data bits, one stop bit) The communication protocol is Modbus-RTU |
