Duct wind speed sensor is a commonly used gas flow measuring device that can be used to detect the velocity and flow of air, gas or steam.Function description: Designed for pipe wind speed measurement, the independently developed high-precision wind speed measurement unit is responsive and can quickly and accurately measure tiny wind speeds, with good stability, small drift and high accuracy. The transmitter can also calculate the real-time air volume value based on the measured pipe cross-sectional area.

Detection principle: The hot-wire balance principle is used to measure wind speed. The response speed is fast and the starting wind speed is small.

Calibration method: Adopt the full-scale secondary calibration method independently developed by the company, which has good linearity and high accuracy;

Wiring method: The terminal block adopts military-grade spring-type screw-free terminals, which can be connected by pressing and plugging in. You can quickly connect the wires even if there is no screwdriver on site. It can adapt to wire diameters of 0.3~2.0mm2

Duct wind speed sensor installation precautions:

①. Open-hole flange installation, using high-quality silicone sealing ring, with small air leakage and durability;

②. Note that it needs to be installed on the side or below of the pipe, and cannot be installed from top to bottom.

③. First, punch a hole with a diameter of 20mm in the ventilation duct, insert the air duct into the hole, and adjust the direction of the equipment so that the arrow direction of the equipment is consistent with the direction of the wind speed (the direction of the wind). You can adjust the flange by adjusting the direction of the flange. Position controls the height of the device.

Parameter modification: ①. The device address and baud rate can be changed through the 485 command, and the pipeline cross-sectional area can be set; ② The 485 model can provide professional configuration tools to configure the device parameters; ③ The 485 model can adjust the 485 slave station through the hardware DIP switch.

Probe wire length: The default wire length is 1m, it can be long or short, the longest can be 100m but there needs to be no interference around the wire body.

Duct wind speed sensor device displays:

①. Optional organic light-emitting display, OLED screen with wider viewing angle, self-illumination and low power consumption.

②. Model 485 can display the current wind speed and related air volume in turn.

③. The analog type can display the current range and current wind speed in turn.
